A fluorescent exposure system is inadequate to produce waterbase and
discharge screens destined for an automatic press. They are fine for
plastisol but long run waterbase and especially discharge are difficult to
obtain with poorly cross linked screens. Hand printers can still use the
method in the video but should be avoided by automatic screen printing
    companies.

Agreed. We recommend that anyone who’s invested in an automatic would also
do well investing in a NuArc Exposure unit. Thanks!
